How often are your prices updated?

Reference the specific assessment name, delivery basis, specification, unit, currency and publication schedule, and where useful include the benchmark code/ticker. Contract language should clearly identify the exact price series and whether the relevant assessment is spot, contract, daily, weekly or two-weekly.
